How to Delist (Delete) a Listing on Depop

Short answer

To delete a listing on Depop: open your shop and tap the item, then follow the steps below. Menu names change, so check Depop’s own help if yours looks different.

Updated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.

Steps

  1. Open your Shop and tap the item.
  2. Choose Edit, then Delete listing, and confirm.
  3. If the item sold on Depop itself, mark it as sold instead of deleting.

Worth knowing

Delisting Depop automatically

Depop is removed automatically. Crosslisty deletes the Depop listing once you confirm a sale made elsewhere, then checks that it is gone.

Crosslisty checks items that are listed on two or more marketplaces about every 15 minutes while your browser is open. It calls a sale only after the marketplace confirms it on two separate checks. It then removes the other listings from Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Vinted, asking you first unless you turn on automatic removal, and checks that each listing is really gone. For eBay, Etsy and Facebook it opens the right page so you can end the listing yourself.
