How to Delist (Delete) a Listing on Poshmark
To delete a listing on Poshmark: open your closet and tap the listing you want to remove, then follow the steps below. Menu names change, so check Poshmarkâs own help if yours looks different.
Updated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.
Steps
- Open your Closet and tap the listing you want to remove.
- Choose Edit Listing.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Listing, then confirm.
Worth knowing
- Deleting removes the listing for good, along with its likes and comments. If you may want it back, relist later instead of deleting, or use the option to mark the item not for sale if Poshmark offers it for your listing.
- A listing that has an open offer or a sale in progress may not let you delete it until that is settled.
Delisting Poshmark automatically
Poshmark is removed automatically. When an item sells on another marketplace, Crosslisty deletes the Poshmark listing for you after you confirm, then reopens the listing to check it is gone.
Crosslisty checks items that are listed on two or more marketplaces about every 15 minutes while your browser is open. It calls a sale only after the marketplace confirms it on two separate checks. It then removes the other listings from Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Vinted, asking you first unless you turn on automatic removal, and checks that each listing is really gone. For eBay, Etsy and Facebook it opens the right page so you can end the listing yourself.
