These terms cover your use of the Crosslisty browser extension and website. By installing Crosslisty or buying a license you agree to them.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions

Crosslisty Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription page or the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If we change the price, we'll tell existing subscribers before their next renewal at the new price.

Licenses bought earlier as a one-time Pro purchase keep working under the terms they were sold with.

Your license

A Pro license is for one person. You may activate it on up to 3 browsers at a time and move it between browsers by deactivating it in the extension. You may not share, resell or publish your license key.

Your listings and marketplace accounts

Crosslisty fills in listing forms in your browser using listings you import. You decide what to post and you post it yourself. You are responsible for your listings and for following the rules of each marketplace you use. Only import listings you have the right to sell and describe.

Acceptable use

Don't use Crosslisty to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to copy other sellers' listings, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the license service.

Free plan and changes

The free plan's limits may change. Marketplaces change their websites, so a marketplace may stop working until we update Crosslisty. We may update Crosslisty and these terms; if a change materially affects paid customers, we'll post it on this page before it takes effect.

Warranty and liability

Crosslisty is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Ending your license

When your subscription ends, your license key stops working and Crosslisty returns to the free plan. We may revoke a license used in breach of these terms. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the license is revoked automatically.
