Does crosslisting to multiple marketplaces take forever? How to keep up

Updated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.

Where the time goes

• Saving and re-uploading photos.
• Retyping the title, description, price, brand and size.
• Finding the right category and condition on each marketplace.
• Remembering and deleting sold listings afterwards.

Cut it in five changes

1. Batch the photos. Photograph ten items in one session, then list in a second session.
2. Write once. Do the full listing on one marketplace.
3. Copy, do not retype. Import the listing and fill the other forms.
4. Use the checklist, not a re-read. Look only at what was not filled, and check price, category and shipping.
5. Automate delisting. It is the chore that never gets faster by hand.

A realistic per-item routine

Import (one click), choose the marketplace (one click), wait for the form to fill, check the checklist, press post. The check is the part you should not skip. Your own timing will vary with photos and how many fields a marketplace needs.

Where Crosslisty will not speed you up

• It works on one item at a time. Bulk crosslisting is not built yet.
• It is desktop only.
• Categories and shipping still need your check.

If you have hundreds of items

Be honest about the tool you pick. If you must move a whole closet, compare tools with bulk actions. If you list a few dozen items a week, one at a time with a copy-and-check is usually fine. See what high-volume sellers should look for.
