What crosslisting software do large resellers use?

Updated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.

What high-volume sellers need

• Bulk crosslisting. Sending many items at once with a review queue.
• Bulk delisting and sale detection. Reliable, and ideally running when your computer is off.
• Clear caps. Listings per month, items stored, devices allowed.
• Price per listing. A plan that does not climb as you grow.
• Support that replies. A broken integration at volume costs real money.

Questions to ask any vendor

1. What happens when I go over my listing cap?
2. Is delisting included in my plan?
3. Does it work when my computer is off?
4. How many devices or team members can use it?
5. How do I export my data if I leave?

Where Crosslisty is honest about its limits

Where it does fit

A flat $9 a month or $89 a year with unlimited fills, and a free plan with 5 fills a day. It runs in your own browser, so your listings stay on your computer. If you list dozens of items a week and want a low flat price, it can be enough. If you move a closet at a time, compare the other tools for bulk features.

How to decide

1. List your five biggest chores. Which cost the most time?
2. Check which tools remove each one, and at which plan.
3. Test two tools on the same ten items.
4. Pick the one that comes closest at the lowest total cost.
