How to sell on multiple platforms at once and make it work

Updated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.

Step 1: pick two marketplaces, not four

More marketplaces means more delisting and more rules to remember. Start with two that suit your items, then add a third once delisting feels easy. Where to sell what helps you choose.

Step 2: set up accounts and payouts first

• Finish seller verification, payout details and addresses on each marketplace before your first listing. Some ask for a phone number or address and will stop you mid-listing otherwise.
• Stay signed in to each marketplace in the same browser. Crosslisty uses your existing sign-ins.

Step 3: list once, then copy

1. Write the full listing on the marketplace with the tightest limits. Include brand, size, condition and measurements.
2. Open that listing and click Import to Crosslisty.
3. Press the second marketplace in the card. Its form opens in a new tab, filled in.
4. Check the checklist, then press that marketplace’s own post button.

Step 4: make every item findable

Add a short stock code to each title or SKU, and keep a simple list of what is where. Crosslisty keeps an inventory in your browser that you can search and export to CSV, so you do not need a separate spreadsheet to start.

Step 5: decide how sold items come down

This is the part to settle before you scale. You can delist by hand or automatically. Crosslisty checks linked listings every 15 minutes while your browser is open and asks before it removes anything.

What it really saves

Listing the same item twice by hand takes several minutes each time. A fill takes seconds, plus a quick check. The saving grows with each item and each extra marketplace, and it is not zero effort: you still check every form and press post.
