Is there an extension to repost a Facebook Marketplace listing?
Asked on Reddit: “Is there any extension to re-post a marketplace ad” in r/FacebookMarketplace
Facebook has its own renew and relist options, and they change often, so check them first. An extension like Crosslisty copies a Facebook listing to your other marketplaces and copies other listings to Facebook, but it does not repost a Facebook listing to Facebook.
The shortcut: Crosslisty is a Chrome extension that copies a listing to your other marketplaces, fills each form for you and removes sold items from the rest. Free for 5 fills a day.
Add to Chrome, freeUpdated October 2026. Crosslisty is a Chrome extension (it also works in Brave and Edge) that copies a listing to the other marketplaces, fills each form for you, and removes sold items from your other listings.
Why reposting is awkward
Sellers report that the renew or relist option comes and goes in the Facebook app and on desktop, and that Facebook changes the page often. That makes any tool that depends on the page fragile, so expect occasional breakage from every extension.
What to try first
- Open Your listings on Facebook Marketplace and look for a renew, relist or mark as available option on the listing.
- If it is not there, use Delete and create a new listing with the same photos and description.
- Keep your photos and description saved so you are not rebuilding it from scratch.
What Crosslisty can do for Facebook listings
- Import from Facebook. Open a listing of yours on Facebook and click Import to Crosslisty to copy it to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy or Vinted.
- Fill a Facebook listing. Import from another marketplace and send it to Facebook. It opens the Facebook create-listing page and fills the form for you to check.
- Remove from Facebook after a sale elsewhere. It opens the right Facebook page so you end the listing in one click.
What it cannot do
- It does not repost a Facebook listing to Facebook.
- It does not detect sales made on Facebook, so end your other listings by hand when something sells there.
- It does not post for you. You press Facebook’s own post button.
A workaround that works
Copy the Facebook listing to another marketplace you also use, so your item is live in more than one place. If you still need a fresh Facebook post, delete and relist it using the same photos.
